am I the only one taking notes here?

Alright. So I've been grumpy lately.

- Work is making me grumble, grind and gnash my teeth lately,
- My back and neck have been out lately- changing lanes is a challenge while driving.
- I got to see Kate, and it was wonderful- but now 30 days remain until we are reunited. argh. it's a tough row to hoe.

But while reading one of my latest books, White Collar Boxing - schmatzly romance with boxing and average aptitude- I glanced down at the 5 letters written forever on my wrist.

If you are my really close friend- you know what JTREE symbolizes for me. It was a moment of meeting myself, confronting life and death- my deepest values and what I am about. It's significance in my life- my younger self sending its forgetful and oft confused future self a simple Memento style reminder.

So I'm fresh from a brutal overhaul by Sabina- a world-champion RMT, who can make my chronic back problems SING- and I'm thinking- How can I ever get to boxing tomorrow? And I'm reading White Collar Boxing, and I'm thinking... I want to open a boxing gym. In the meantime- train, train, train!

Anyway, as John- founding member of the Elora Rock Rats would have said- "Pain is temporary- blood is how you know you were trying...".
