I've spent the last two days earning a little piece of paper entitled, Workflow Process Modelling & Information Mapping. What it boils down to are lines and boxes representing every activity, decision point and outcome of what gets done at work. As seemingly simple as these concepts are, for aligning work to organizational goals, Dilbert still hits a little close to home for most of us. I'll try not to think about it.
Tonight we see Blonde Redhead in concert. I'm excited, and have had the tickets in hand for almost 2 months waiting. We're also waiting for May 3rd and LCD Soundsystem. I bet I'm in an irritatingly good mood for days.
