- started early, but got a pretty late start from Ottawa,
- had to call the Gatineau Park authority just to ensure we'd get in,
- arrived in the pitch dark, and had to get into our winter gear, skiis and packs, then we
- had a 6 km ski in the dark,
- host breaks his shoulder in a fall, has to be emergency evacuated by snowmobile,
- groin injury so serious from too much skiing and lifting, which leaves
- Andrew calling endlessly for the groin lotion to be applied, is pointed instead to the
- nasty white wine in a bladder, which leads to Andrew's morning spent
- yakking behind the yhurt
