So we put about 9,000 kms on the Element, and had ourselves some adventures. For my 35th (gasp!) birthday, I found myself in the Number 10 Saloon in Deadwood Gulch, South Dakota. This saloon is where Wild Bill Hickock was shot in the back and where I got carded and bought a beer on my birthday. Sooner or later, I'll have some pictures to upload from the video camera. We took lots of video, but only digital pics, but I still need the little camera to computer umbilical cord to have them available online. No, Paco el Pollo will not be featured in these photos...
I'm back at work now, completely slammed with work... how many hundreds of emails did I open last week, having been away for 3 weeks? I'm still recovering, and helpfully, I was handed another project on my return as well. Eeek. So that is why there's been little word from me lately!
More when my head's a little more above the water-line!
